Indeed, but I guess that would mean the plot would be redundant. How deep could the man have slashed him? The wounds would surely fade in a few years max, then he could go back to being no.1 in the industry or whatever, with a help of concealer.

if he was no.1, surely he could afford a good doctor but idk... well his face isnt cut up on the cover so maybe it will heal??
