Searching for a manga!

It is actually a compilation of stories, one of them (the one I am interested in) is about a guy that seems to be perfect (handsome, good grades, rich, etc.), so the mc and him meet at school because they're both in the student council (or something like that), and then the mc sees him entering a love hotel with a different man every time (the hotel was near his workplace), and so on. It is a oneshot (probably) around chapter 4-5 of the compilation. If someone knows please tell me! My manga app erased my favorites ╥﹏╥
