Nope, nope it is not. Its from a completely different mangaka, I went searching through my tags and I can't explain how tankful I am that my earlier tagging system is so conveniently easy to figure out, at least to me. In case anyone wants a link to that manga here it is:

Really depended on him too, but the caretaker seme ends up leaving after falling for the words of the novelist's new assistant who ends up stealing ukes's work and the seme comes back to find the novelist in a really pitiful condition?
