The base drafting age is 18, the age of adulthood is 19. I think he was being raped well before he turned 18, then he was drafted for compulsory military service at 18 and emrolled in college after to escape his uncle.

Also, Bum went into military after his first year in college.
He met Woo in college and then saw him again in military when he saved him from getting raped.
Oh, okay. I forgot that detail, so i got the timeline wrong, it was really just off the top of my head. As far as the page, i don't take that as proof that he wasn't a minor, of course there is a disclaimer when it's illegal to explicitly show him as a minor.

Was it just me or were his flash backs and what said kind of like showing maybe his mother molested him and then tried to kill him? Plus it also seemed like he might have not killed the mother because the flashback almost seemed like it stopped him before she actually died. Will she be saved and report him as trying to kill her ?
