I don't think it has directly said if he hates stepmothers and such?
My guess is his mother choose to save herself over him (who was blood related) so he is shocked/upset that a stepmother would save their child. That's just my guess though
Sangwoo has totally lost it and this time for real. He's allucinating and having a serious mental breakdown. He saw his mother in that poor woman. Overlapping the two he was actually talking and killing his own mom. I'm confused tho guys, why does he hate stepmothers/children so much?...Was he blood related with his mom...right....or maybe not?
