Yes! He totally caught feelings and he knows it himself which is why it's kinda fucked up for him to keep their thing going while treating DG so coldly. He knows DG likes him /sobb. I'm pretty sure he fell in love with DGs crying face as he said "So I guess this is goodbye" when he rejected him for being a virgin lmfaoooo.

i get it; you can’t help who you fall in love with. but keep in mind that WE know alex has some type of feelings for dg. as much as he hates relationships, he caught feelings.
