You should send the raws to Minku, she translated the previous chapters. She probably doesn't know you have them and might be interested if you let her know. I am learning Japanese, so I can roughly translate and post the translation but I can't clean or typeset raws.
I am actually the raws provider DEZI and haven't gotten a reply from her :(
That is so sad for the rest of us lol But um Baka-Updates lists Key and Cravat as old translators for Fanservice. They aren't active anymore but they have a twitter. Maybe they would pick it up again if asked?
