Need help once again

I read a Manga a little time ago and I can't remember what the title was called and what exactly happened. I still hope it'll be enough for some of you to recognize! I really want to "re-read" that one, but I don't think it's completed yet.

So it kinda started with the Uke being at his "boyfriend's" house and his "boyfriend" would always cheat on him.
(The Uke has the image of being a slut, but he's actually not!)
And the younger brother of the Uke (little twisted piece of sh*t that pretends to be all innocent and pure) knocked on the door and wanted to "visit" his brother. Soo before that brat appeared, the Uke and his "boyfriend" kinda got into a discussion (I think) and his "boyfriend" was like "Then.. why don't I try having sex with your brother?" and hugged his sneaky dirty brother. (They are both scumbags, the brother and the Uke's boyfriend really suit each other <3 .. orz)

After that the uke got mad and ran away into a gay(?) bar and was looking for someone to spend the night with, because he was so frustrated and sad. And they all wanted to sleep with him because he hasn't been there for awhile now, since he already had his shitty "boyfriend" and he wouldn't cheat on him.

A random nice guy said he'd spend the night with him and both left the bar. The nice seme said "I won't have sex with you" or something like that. And he said he offered himself to have sex with him because the uke looked sad or he loved him or something ?? I don't remember anymore but he was such an angel and so nice and ughh

Ah right, the younger brother of the uke and his "ex-boyfriend" (if I can say ex-boyfriend) had sex in the end, I think we got so see the sex scene or at least how those two disgusting twisted dicks kissed.
