if you've read his other works, a lot of characters were reused into fairy tail but i don't see the issue??? like so what he can?? the story is completely different?? it's still good???

Well, the first guild master was Laxus great-grandpa... so yeah, he does look like both of them (well, slightly less buff than Laxus)
I think he's actually reusing the characters. Bc lmfao, he very well could've changed just a tad of the character who looks like Erza.
Just saying, he probably is reusing his main characters with slight differences, because the previous chapter with the kid called Xiao something in the cheongsam was clearly different from any other characters and the goddess ?????? was also different.
It's not the sense of he's not good enough to make new characters, I feel like it's more of, he wants to use the characters cause FT lasted long, and definite attachment would be there--

And although they look similar, the main characters aren't Wendy, Lucy, Natsu or Erza. They're different. Although he may be "reusing" characters, these characters are completely different from their Fairy Tail counterparts.
I feel like one's not really reading the manga until they recognise that both mangas are different works, and no matter how similar the characters are, they're not the same
Plus, the fact that the concept of time is nonexistant is interesting uwu)9 but definitely could've went deeper into it instead of just slapping it so the plot works lmao
