Well as a gay person, I honestly don’t see the point of being married since it just means you’re official on paper in which I could care any less about. Regarding having kids, I could always adopt but there is just something about having a kid that actually has your genes and blood since “blood is thicker than water” and all that shazam. I would at least try to have a kid of my own just bc my mom has been such a good mother all my life without the help of a significant other and all she wants is grandchildren so I feel like I’m obligated to have kids lol

My friend and I were discussing this few days ago. I strongly believe gays should have kids of their own before entering in a relationship. This is pertaining to those who adopts children after entering in a relationship. Adoption is fine too but nothing beats having your own flesh and blood. Just my honest opinions.

I hope you know you’re missing using or rather miss quoting the phrase “blood is thicker than water”. It actually goes against your point of a genetically related family. It’s the blood that you spill in battle that unites you as family rather than the water in your mother’s womb. In fact it’s about choosing your family rather than the family you are related to. You’ve just contradicted yourself.

Blood is thicker than water means that family relations (by blood) are the strongest. You can look it up. First time to hear about it the other way around.
