Anyone who sees DG as the desperate, pathetic trash he is gets load of hate. But, it hard to not see something that's there.
Look at what he did in ch. 39.
Ok, but still I can't see it~ it was something we all knew was coming, something that Alex had made upon himself, "you can be with me as long as you don't love me" , what crazy excuse is that to have sex and use someone, (and he knows that DG loves him and still ask him that if he likes him or not, so he can throw him away, just like that) I do know that DG is naive, but stupid? Nah, not at all, he just doesn't know what to do with his love, it is all a first for him, and in chapter 39 he didn't do anything bad from my point of view, he just returned the favor, being in love doesn't mean being stupid, it means being crazy. (in its safe way)
And if your idea isn't liked by many people it isn't a big deal, just like if it's liked it isn't a big deal again. you should say what you believe is true and don't care about being liked or diliked, after all it is their opinion!

Eww DG is so desperate, and is a fucking obsessed idiot. Honestly he did this all to himself . He's desperate, off putting and just straight up dumb asf like he's so disturbing he gives off stalker ish vibes, I honestly hope him and Alex Don't fall in love cos he's just so annoying.
