How can Ranmaru claim he loves her when he's flirting with other women, kissing them (I don't care where), taking their numbers, and planning to meet them later? Is it impossible for him to just say "No thanks, I have a girlfriend"? This is just like her horrible dad who claimed to love his wife and family while having multiple affairs, never being home, and saddling them with a massive debt when he died. Actions speak much louder than words.
Yup. The first time he did something like that there was at least a (pretty pathetic) justification. This time all I can do is hope he gave them a fake number and lied about meeting them.
