I think there was nothing to be explained by now. Seokjo now remembers the memories that he probably repressed because of the trauma, and that includes Soowoon. Soowoon didn't want him to remember to avoid carrying the burden of the memory of injuring his friend and then confesses because why not. And that's it I guess, we all know what happened in the past now.

I understand and all but it's too convenient. Seokjo response of I remember now maybe let's unpackage what this all means for the both of us. Seokjo doesn't know SooWoon just knows a version that SooWoon falsely showed to keep up appearances of revealing the truth but all of this ignored with a declaration of I like you and the likelihood that they'all date immediately after. Also that SooWoon even to the end takes responsibility for Seokjo unrestrained anger and its accidental consequences forever disabling SooWoon is never given the full significance that it should. Seokjo"wakes from his clouded dream" and that's it really? It cheapens the need for SooWoon having kept this secret for no reason at all if everything could have so easily been taken care of. I know the author wants a happy ending but the build up and conclusion are so anticlimactic it defeats the very angst of the story. If this was "real" there would have been a lot more talking and delving into SooWoon getting over his need for constant martyrdom, and Seokjo firstly truly apologizing to SooWoon for at least the physical trauma he caused as an emotional kid overwhelmed by the death of the father with his misplaced anger. Also give Seokjo proper development by making him now self aware that he ignores things and doesn't care about people as a defense mechanism but SooWoon has also been significant. The author attempted what I just mentioned in the last few pages at the very least I'll admit but it's very very rushed. That they'll be together without even getting to know each without false pretenses and getting reknow each other is BL logic but I digress.
Literally nothing was explained or resolved in this chapter. We have one more left to go and it’s likely the author will sweep everything under the rug just make a happy ending that honestly makes no sense if you scrutinize it. Well that’s that then.
