Can't remember this yaoi

There are 2 couples, the main couple had an uke with short hair and the seme had long hair (not like super long but maybe shoulder length) and in the beginning of the story they would switch roles, but in the end, the short haired one ended up just taking the role of the uke. The second couple had an uke who was really fucking strong and I can't really remember what the seme for this couple looked like or did. I remember one time that the uke was so strong that he broke(?) The seme's arm but it wasn't on purpose, he was just super strong so he couldn't help it lol.
