well it depends where you're from i guess, in italy at 17 you're past the 'age of consent' so since he's the one pursuing the older guy it would be fine
In germany I think it´s 16 or even 14 not shure. I think it´s 14 though...
Pretty sure Japan's age of consent is 13.
The different prefectures have different (and higher) ages for consent, with age gap taken into consideration. Japanese law, like any other, is complex and more nuanced than it may first appear.
Well the high school kid, 27 year old man dynamic is uncomfortable, but this one kind of make it seem like they are on an even playing field. Though this is kinda Illegal
