It's called Koisuru Boukun, and the seme, Morigana has a crush on his homophobic senpai, due to his senpai raging, Morigana said he'll drink with him. When Mori goes to get more beer and stuff, Senpai finds a "magical" drug (no not weed it's like a echantment thing? I don't know) He drinks it, thinking it's beer, and you can imagine the rest :D
Oh! But he is a homophobic tsudere so of course he didn't confess at all. . . not one single bit. . . . ughhh, anyways it's stilll ongoing!

Can’t remember much except seme likes uke, but uke, not realising his feelings for seme yet, kept rejecting seme until one night when they went to a goukun together and the seme got drunk. Seme was not good with liquor so he got drunk and was throwing up pretty badly.
