There was nothing between sing and eiji (tho I kinda would of liked that) sing went on to marry Akira( you can find pictures taken by eiji on there wedding day in the extra New York sense). They even had a kid together who is seen in Akimi yoshida’s other work yasha (sing also make a cameo there.
Sing did not fall for Eiji. He did want to free him from his guilt but that is it. They are friends
And no shorter did not develope romantic feelings for Eiji. He only wanted to protect Eiji, because Eiji is innocent and should not have been involved in the mess involving Ash and the mafia dom. Thanks to Ash's mysterious attraction to Eiji, shorter also develops a friendly affinity towards him too.
