He may have the emperor title but in comparison to her, she has a more solid structure of influence to hold her rank up against the fresh new emperor.
Can someone explain to me why Luke can’t just kill the Empress Dowager? He is the Emperor after all and holds more power than her since he has the throne. Obviously he can fabricate a story and pay off servants as witnesses.
