Volume 2, chapter 0 is just an extra. Volume 2, chapter 1 takes place after the extras of volume 1. They are in the Lutah tribe in Volume 2 chapter 1-3 (only 3 chapters out right now). The raws are on this site (though chapter 3 is missing a few pages), you can look at the raws for yourself. There I explained it.
