There was a sex scene where Yoru says “I love you” and Asaichi responds with “me too” in the first manga so I don’t understand why they kinda forgot that part??? But you’re right Asaichi’s character is changing for the better!!!

ah first love. i was like that when i was younger too, wanting a formal confession lol. but learning context in relationship helps a lot. they didn't have to do that formal "i love you" thing, it's different for every couples. and as i see it, both main characters understood what passed between them and that's the most important thing.
well i’m 21. i’m not a read between the lines type of person. i prefer someone who’s straight forward or else i’ll think too much into it but you’re right. as long as they understand each other, then that’s what matters.
im almost twice your age now and as much as i'm embarrassed to admit it, i did a lot of foolish things at your age lol(including misunderstanding from lack of ILUs). and yeah, it does depends on the personality of the couple.
i’ve dated a couple times and i’m a bit inexperienced but i’m growing. and trust me, i’ve embarrassed myself way too many times. it’s embarrassing to think about *sigh*

And that time when they were confronting that "nut-job" stalker fan, Yoru was like "I love him one-sidedly" and OH MY FRICCKIN GOSH when they got home, Yoru hugged Asaichi and said he's cool, and then Asaichi goes: "it's not like it's one-sided" well we all know Asaichi totally likes Yoru too, but that part was so cute for me. it’s been a while but asaichi has had great character development, from what i remember.
asaichi used to have yoru do things for him for his own pleasure. and now he seems to really like yoru.
i just can’t remember if he confessed to yoru or not. hopefully there will be some fluff in the future.
