That was a mistranslation. It was supposed to be a bit of a joke, outlining all the cliches that usually happen in shounen ai manga and saying that YuYang and LiHuan didnt need to go through all that kind of stuff to get closer, but Capps accidently took it literally the first time she translated it (I think she reuploaded the chapters to mangadex with the mistranslation fixed so if you wanna read it again, I think it should be there). So worry not, none of that’s actually going to happen

I know everyone’s waiting for them to finally confess and me too, but is anyone else waiting for all that bad shit from the first chapter? (The murder stuff, car crash and memory loss, cancer diagnosis etc) ?
