I can't understand how anyone can think sex with drunk person is ok. This is sick and I hate how often they show it and kind of brush it off.
Rape in an unconsented sex. The MC never agreed to have sex with that dude. He thought he was being done by his boyfriend. That being said, it is by definition rape.
I mean, it should be fine to do people who are drunk, as long as they know what they're doing. But keep in mind that they will always have a right to sue you and say this was rape because they were drunk and thus couldn't consent. So it's too risky, because law will always be on their side unless you're in some Muslim country or something, where even laying your eyes on someone in an improper manner can be considered a sexual harrassment (shots fired!).

I recognize this as a rape, but in the east, there is a blurry line between rape and sex with drunk people. In my country probably count as consensual, cause most people here drunk to have sex or intentionally getting wasted. OR THE PROFESSOR IS A FKING DOUCHE.
