Why think of it as using her. I do not think VP's brother is all that bad. Since Miso was involved in that incident I think she is the only one who can help both of them. Not just choose one and let the other sink in darkness. This is not about who she will end up with. She can help them mend their relationship as siblings.
If my sibling dumped me somewhere, hoping to get rid of me, I'd be hard pressed to forgive them for a very very long time.
