Yes! So Seungbae's father was murdered, we learned. That girl, from what was just revealed, is the murderers daughter. She has been coming to his home, dropping food off (probably because she feels guilty). When cop finally loses it on her, she says to him, "Hey just so you know, the guy killed himself in jail. I've been trying to call you but you were answering, so I came in person." And Seungbae says to her, "How is that going to make things better?" Then says to her, "Your father deserved it." In which she says, "You're right." Which makes me think that she is the daughter of killer.
This is the conclusion I came up with!
Also I assume that's who Seungbae was killing in his first dream, too (fathers murderer).
