What makes DG a good character and a good partner for Jiwon?
All he does is get embarrassed blush cry and being passive aggressive.
Just because they went on a date once and DG helped Jiwon out when he got drunk once does that count as enough character and relationship development for you to assume that DG truly loves Jiwon or that he is perfect for him?
Besides if DG had any potential to actually find a boyfriend he would already had.Plus he has a hot outgoing gay best friend who could had set him up with someone but DG is written like the ultimate loser who could only get as lucky as this.
Yeah. That's why the broke up. Because it wasn't enough and they need to grow up more. What makes DG a good character is that he's kind but makes mistakes, that he pushes past his fears, that he's shy and inexperienced but also sexual and open to knew experiences. They aren't perfect. They aren't perfect for each other. That doesn't matter. They like each other. They're attracted to each other. The story is about them coming together, and about what drives them apart. So if you don't like DG fine. That doesn't change the story.
And there it is. The bias. You've never known anyone who was attractive but single? You've never met dorks in a relationship? What is this binary world you life in in which a person can only have sex and love if they're like Chanwoo and Jiwon, but DG is just supposed to be grateful? DG went from a house where he was so sheltered he'd never even glimpsed porn, to school, then the military, then back to school. His not having a boyfriend is down to him being too shy to get what he wants, not to him being some kind of loser no one would be attracted to. Maybe Chanwoo actually respects his friend enough to let him go at his own pace instead of trying to force him to be a different person just so he can get laid. As we see from the story, DG managed.
.........you're so bias for Jiwon that your head is up his ass. I know he isn't real but you're running out. Jiwon isn't a good person nor is DG. We get it, you like Jiwon.
