It made me feel the same way. I should have read the tags and comments /: The chapter does have a warning, but it doesn't explicitly state that it's rape. I fell in love with the characters, and thought it was going to be a fairly harmless read. Turns out, it wasn't.

Just because something has been going on for too long, it doesn't mean that it is right. And mangas often romanticise rape or show rape scenes between partners when that has zero logic. Yeah I get that "innocent" no the bottoms say because they're shy and embarrassed but seriously fr some people are sick here.

However on another manga I dropped, the seme got turned on after watching his partner getting almost raped. The said person actually got trauma because the lead guy was too busy getting a boner. <- so a person replied to somewhat similar to this comment. And they said "
