Ranzou never went to school or learned how to speak from a young age. All he knew was sex and that was his only option. That's the reason why they said he had a healthy body but a mind of a toddler.

I don't remember what chapter but ikuro's mom strangled him half to death when ranzou was looking at ikuro as a new born which is probably how he ended up that way. It was probably serious and gave him cerebral damage due to loss of oxygen. Plus the fact that he has been locked up his whole life and is uneducated.
I fucking agree with this. Sachiko's way better than that twisted butler. Shit I like him at first but when he let that oldie touch Ikuro... the first time I wanna kill a seme myself tbh.
I’VE NEVER FELT THIS MAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I feel bad and really sorry for Ikuro and honestly he was so stupid but that WASN’T THE CASE, the butler is sure a damned psycho. Yeah, basically everything in this manga got me mad. This is the first time I actually support the male character to end up with a woman in a BL manga lol. Seriously though, can Sachiko just steal him away from the bastard??? (Also, I still don’t understand as for what had happened to Ranzou that he became like that?) Anyhow, the whole family is a mess.
