they just live in different societies and korean's hit close to how some countries ought to be. so i'd say that comparing the two that comes from culturally different countries is like comparing an orange and an apple. they're in the same category but different.

so true, Japan is weirder and more complex, like have u ever seen a seke manhwa? power uke manhwa? most of korean manhwas r also smuty, which is y they sail, while a manga like saski no miyano is 99% purity and still sails well, manhwas r not bad, at all, they r just *less*

Am not comparing the cultures,we all know that comics tackle various cultures, but i just ment to say that mangas were the pionneers why such regression in recent years. no updates, cliffhungers, dropping ╥﹏╥
Manhwas are more steady and the couples are realistic (but still not all)
Mangas are not bad they are just in decline

no updates, buy the manga, if u can't, it's the translating group mistake, yes manhwas of (lizahn)? have translation so no need to wait, but u know what they r doing to their artists? cliffhungers are bad? it's an art work, something like a cliffhunger means the author knows what to do...
dropping? there were this manhwa that the author dropped saying that he is not really in it anymore , after just 5 chapters only...
couples r realistic in your perspective, have some Japanese friends telling u about the relationships before saying that... + what give realism is the reasoning of the character and both sides r doing it right, yes there r some really unrealistic characters in mangas , so in the manhwas if u checked the reasoning...
and be honest , reality sucks so why do u seek reality in a fiction story?
