Looking for a manga.

A while back I read a manga about a boy that changes into different animals during the full moon. In the begining of the manga he only had a dog ( that turned out to be his dad) and a friend of his dad with him, but throughout that manga he finds people just like him. One of them has is a rich guy whos dad turned into a whale and can move through any water. I think the manga might have been shounen ai but I cant be too sure. I looked through all my saved manga and can't find it so I would appreciate any help.
