As another artist on their behalf, I wanna just say "OUCH" from you comment. There's no need to take a step back from a compliment by calling it hideous.

This artist's art has improved a lot. Some of her earlier works were honestly hideous. I'm not saying that to be mean or anything. The way she draws is still kind of sloppy, but that doesn't really bother me.
I like how she doesn't make her characters ridiculously complex or one of them being a passive aggressive bitch.
