The recipient of the letter was from his flashbacks when he was small. The mother found it and said some mean things about it.
I thought it was a girl cuz of the flashback with sangwoo's mom but it seems it was Bum.
It wasn't Bum.
It's indeed the girl.
She wrote about getting into middle school and stuff and Bum is 4 years older than Sangwoo so that doesn't make sense.
