Then, he tried direct confrontation and, again, fruitless (the professor threatens him). Finally, he tries begging and humilation, and the professor merely laughs. He is literally left with only two choices: be outted as a gay boy who jumped his professor (which would only fuel the rumor he is a prostitute, because, as we all know, that rumor is NOT dead) causing him to lose the only person who would still stand up for him (the bf); or do as the professor say, and take responsibility for his "actions" (because he believes HE jumped professor, and not the other way around). At least, that is how I interpreted the story.
I hear what you're saying but even with the way he's feeling (trapped); to allow himself to be at the mercy of that sensei even if he's idolized him is a weak. Why go through that stress when he sees that the sensei is an asshole. If he's gonna stress about anything let it be what him and Jungwoo will go through. And even if the rumors spread he's shown that he can handle himself (not really caring that ppl avoided him and the fight). Its like me meeting B.A.P (Korean boy group). I don't think so honestly. Rape is a sensitive topic in general but the victim is the one who was wronged. Why continue to feel pained? Youngmin's doing all these stupid things because he is human, and we humans often struggle to come to terms with our trauma even after the traumatic incident. It's not easy to think rationally in a situation if your emotions are compromised, as many people have mentioned in the comments. On the other hand, it IS easy for us to blame Youngmin for the situation he is putting himself and his boyfriend in. Why? Because we're outsiders looking in. We're not going through his trauma. We're not dealing with the societal pressure and emotional blackmail the poor kid is going through. Please try to be a little understanding and less judgmental of his actions. He's doing his best.
