I have to agree with you there. However, he's only been reborn once just to let you know and from what I gather he's the reason that the world got set back a few thousand years thanks to his reincarnation spell.
Oh? Hmm when I was reading it read as 'Out of all my Reincarnations' translation error I guess? I don't think so because he said that he never shared anything about the spell with anyone & the world rather than getting set back, it's more like selective devolving caused by demons camouflaged as humans within high ranking influential positions. Logically people would start to notice that magic was growing weaker over the span of a few hundred years but considering that they didnt, suggests that those types of things such as history records & magical tombs were most likely altered or removed entirely. Inevitably this would let Demons make up a bunch of BS about how to utilize magic more ..."properly." Wellllp regardless of any analysis we will just have to wait & see. ╮(￣▽￣)╭ ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
