The shounen ai tag is pretty much the best bet for non sexual content BL. There are also lists made for it. A quick search should help

Maybe I should have explained better. When I said healthy I didnt mean lack of sex. Lack of full on sex is for her comfort. I think sex is perfectly healthy. So what I'm looking for is a healthy romance. I've read some shounen ai and light yaoi that wasn't at all healthy. Where one side of the couple is mentally or even physically abusive. Or there's blackmail or coercion. And I'd like to avoid incestuous relationships and or a relationship that has one partner whose not of age and the other an adult. She's young and super shy about talking about sexual situations. Our family is very sex positive and open about sex but even so she's gotten super shy about talking aex in the last few year. But she has been expressing interest in romance (mostly by taking endlessly about who she ships and which pairings are canon to her.) She has opened up to talking about sex related topics, but it still really embarrasses her. So anyways Im just to provide her with access to the romantic storylines she's interested in that's also appropriate for her maturity level that doesn't introduce negative relationship types. So narrowing down the shounen ai titles is super helpful.

Kaia had been flipping out over it. Voltron is her current obsession and she's been waxing poetic how horrible this is. I was very amused when she accosted me To rail about how Voltron was queer baiting it's fans. My mom (who lives with us) is gay, and the world (and culture) is a very different place then when I was growing up with a lesbian mom.
I think Raising a Bat and Nibiiro Musica are good stories with healthy relationships. If your daughter ever gets interested in shoujo/josei then I'm here to help!
yeah but raising a bat does have some psychological issues, not saying it's unhealthy between the two mcs but it does cause some heartbreak and frustration. At least from what I got from it about %65 is somewhat depressing things. Though it does show some realistic aspects of psychological issues that is good to be aware about. Though Nibiiro Musica is a good one (▰˘◡˘▰)
.....one half of the only gay couple on the show, (before even showing the couple.) So I thought I’d set her up with a sweet shounen ai manga. I want to be careful bc I want to stick to healthier relationship themes. She’s also a very young 14 year old. She really only started to hit teenagehood recently. She’s also shy about sexual themes (Although I think she’s got interest in romance and the pre sex stuff. (Not much past kissing.) So what I’d like to know is does anyone here rec this manga for a kid like mine. Do you have any other recs. I appreciate the help. I’ll look at the manga before hand but I’d like to narrow it down bc I don’t have the time to go through a bunch of manga. I stick to yaoi normally so my knowledge of shounen ai isn’t that extensive. I appreciate the help greatly.
