Hey there - I'm german and I use mangago every day! So you don't have to worry - there are more Germans than you might think who reads anime and manga - tbh with downloading I'm not quite sure tho, couse I'm not downloading stuff so often... :)
I´m from Germany and it´s not so much of a problem. You just have to be careful when it comes to movies and series with a huge company behind it. We like to say here: no plaintiff, no judge (hope that´s translatet correctly).

oh, thanks for the tip! I always use Netflix for series, but it does not have many options for anime and stuff so I use sometimes Dailymotion for anime. I also buy manga books when I have them in stores, but here it is kind of difficult so I normally read them here ^^º
I know it is kind of irrelevant here, but, I love this manga and I am worried about if I will be able to read it from now on. I am moving to Germany and I have heard that they DO fine people for streaming anime and downloading videos. Is that true? will I be able to use mangago without being fined????!! PLEASE HELP
