Not really. The uke does seem like a masochist, and the seme, he just played along to what the uke wanted.
It's hard to explain but I'm guessing the uke in the beginning, did all those things to the seme in the beginning to be like, "Do this to me."
1) He treated the seme roughly and didn't stop. The seme then did this later on.
2) He patted his head like he would to a girl. In the end of the manga, he "hated" it.
3) The uke imagined the seme telling him "You masochist." It made him shiver. He probably, unconsciously did all that because he knew what the seme would tell him. Words that told him something he himself, didn't know he desired.
The seme figured this out and held the uke the way he held him. Like that? I might be wrong.
Not an uncommon game in BDSM. However, the manga was too short to really express the dynamics in that kind of game. The seme just comes off as an asshole and the uke, even if he is a masochist, that part of him never gets clearly expressed.
