Riiiiight he just showed up at the right time, they were hiding from the man and he just showed up outside and here comes their savior and he chopped off his most valuable part lol and as if that wasn't enough he wants to sue the wrong person knowing full well it wasn't his dog that did it, bcuz if it was his dog it would have been more than that, that got chopped off
