Indeed. People are immediately quick to have a conclusion about her work when its not even finished. The plot is reaching its max and nobody knows what’s going to happen or how the two will react to each other, it’s much more entertaining than those cliche story’s about how everybody ends up all lovely and well and how you can predicate everything. Alex’s character will have an improvement but it’s not going to be fast, it will take some time and DG is the cause of his character improvement.
but in a way it does become a cliche story, the toxic couple will come back together, no matter what will happen.
so can you really say it isn't the same has other yaoi cliche story's where the asshole Seme will always be forgiven?

I give them crudit though for DG actually leaving him first and stop chasing after him, that was something I actually love and enjoy reading! but I"m sure it won't stay for long.
Most Yaoi stories are cliche. All of these comments that I'm reading say how they wish the story would go would make it even more cliche. I really dislike when people try to predict a story. You're not Mingwa so stop saying that DG is going to return the way he was before. You can't say that until it happens. That's an insult to her work. And proves my point.
I’m sorry but your logic is??? So in whatever manga or manhwa with a couple and one of them ends up with somebody that never got introduced and suddenly got added it’s not a cliche ? That doesn’t make sense. Then almost every story is a cliche. You have to understand that every story is about a couple, and you can’t just burst a new random character that takes over one of the main leads. It’s a different story when there was third lead in it. But in this case it isn’t. And yeah they come back together but with character improvement. Alex won’t be the Alex from the start. It’s boring if the seme is all perfect and shit from the start. < that is what we call cliche. You can easily predict what’s happening and how it will end or happen the whole story. It’s refreshing to see a character grow up and look back at his mistakes and reflect. If you want a new love interest for dg to appear well sorry but Alex definitely will be the one ending up with him
read the new english chapter, can you say he won't come back to him now? has I said, I did like DG left him and try to move on his life, but again, I doubt it would happen. that that kind of story this is, but I would be surpise for the better if he won't come back to his toxic partner ^^ I didn't predict anything, that only my guess cause I"m used to it.
what are you talking about? the main couple - DG and Alex has a very toxic relationship and not healthy one, if you say they do have a healthy relationship, then you need help!
my logic come from a lot of yaoi cliche that the toxic couple, no matter how much fuck up their "love" is will stay together until the very end, and it seem to come true here has well.
there is a difference between a toxic or unhealthy couple and a healthy supporting one. in yaoi a lot of unhealthy couple's seen has "fine" and good to each other. so yeas there is a lot of cliche story's, sorry to tell you that. and no most of the time, the uke can't change a toxic partner, it a cliche too in love stories.

Alex is still an asshole, and until he didn't go to Psychological counseling or admit he did wrong by treat DG like a slave, then he have no right to come back to DG and not relisitc at all. want to know what is not cliche? people in yaoi that actually do go to Psychological counseling and admit their problams.
by the way, Alex never EVER relfect on his mistaks or even admit he did any mistake at all. he just miss his DG, that's all he did, so from that point, he still a cliche Seme.
the only thing that was refreshing here is DG the uke, finally leaving the abusive Seme on his own will, now that was refreshing. but it have no meaning if he will come back to him anyway.
I do know that. What I meant is how the story hasn’t even finished yet, the author still has her own plans to improve Alex. These counseling things and reflecting his mistakes hasn’t happened yet bc the story is still going on. I don’t understand how you are already concluding their relationship as toxic when it’s even the end, i clearly see that it’s toxic right now and I too wanted dg to leave him so that Alex finally realized dg’s real value. Alex still has many chances for improvement especially right now. But you’re not even giving him a chance? That is exactly why it’s interesting to see a toxic relationship grow to a healthy relationship. Mistakes are mistakes and people learn from it, Alex yet has to realize but I know that mingwa knows this and will make him better. cause he had a big chance now to reflect on it when he was without DG, A BIG chance. and he didn't. not even a little, he didn't even admit he did anything wrong, only that it ALL DG fault.
so it kind of a hit or miss. in this story it a big miss it's chance. but again, we see what happen. but has I said, if Alex didn't admit until now he did something wrong, I doubt he ever will. we wait and see ╮(￣▽￣)╭
It's really frustrating to see really bias comments here. I wish there were more people here who see the middle ground instead of seeing one side. Give Mingwa a chance to tell the story. She made her characters like this for a reason. It's also shown that DG and Jiwon are having some growth but people believe that they are still the same. Remember, this webtoon is supposed to be entertaining. If it isn't, maybe you should read something else.
