Sometimes people don’t need a huge reason to break up. Granted if I were a gay man in Korea and I was in a relationship for 10+ years I wouldn’t have broken up with my partner because of work but still. They were both busy and didn’t have time for each other, sometimes people break up people they get bored with one another. It be like that sometimes.

From how things look, it seems like HE fell for the MC first... It also seems like, to the MC at least, their relationship was going well. He even says he never expected to hear those words, no matter how much they fought. 10 years... There HAS to be more to this. Like maybe it was a shitty joke or something was forcing him?
