I don't think betas get affected by heat, I could be wrong because each omegaverse has its own rules, but in the manual, its said that its only alphas

Hyesung situation is like in IRL... When a woman gives birth it take a month or two then your menstrual cycle will come back... So yah heat cycle is inevitable for him.... Lets just hope that his smell will act as a magnet to dojin to find him....
