I mean technically it was rape since he said no multiple times. There is definite mutual attraction but that doesn't really erase what happened. Just because Kurama likes him back doesn't mean Kirishima can just do whatever he wants. I would've preferred it if the author didn't go the forceful path, but since they did it was still rape no matter how much Kurama liked him.
