there is a square in the top left corner of the screen with a white flag, you just give them the link to download the chapter preferably in a zipped folder.
choose "other" then specify the link in the text box and click report. the site moderators will upload it

I still can't figure it out. I'll do some more research on it. Plus, it looks pretty crappy translated, just cause I've never done it before and don't have the right stuff to do it properly on my computer.
