If you haven’t

I feel like the people who haven’t read “if you hate me that much” should. That way they can see the original hyseung, Dojin, and heeso and have a better understanding on how this author operates..... she stabs you in the heart a million times but then shines light and ties it all up into a wonderful story with beautiful art. I know the characters don’t share the exact same personalities but hyseung was still Whiney, Dojin (while Pervier and older, still loved him just as much) I feel like not seeing the originals takes away from how you will look at this story even though one is in our world the other omegaverse (unpopular opinion I know!) just how I feel :)

Should I try reading it again? There was so much rape and miscommunication that it didn't really feel good reading.

Yes because at the end when hyseung starts only fucking guys and him and Dojin start having sex (without a third) don’t ask just read- ANYWAY when they start having sex just themselves together you see the similarities in them being carried over into love is an illusion... the author didn’t want to end their story but at the same time wanted to start something new so she took those two and heeso and made an omegaverse..... it really gives you perspective comparing the characters to the originals :)

Dojin and hyseung don’t become a “thing” until the end. ... Dojin is still chasing after him too

But if you’ve started it you’ve met hyseung the original. But he’s a basketball player that’s straight, taller, different brows, and his hair is like heeso’s

Heeso's in IYHM? really? What chap?

Really? I feel that from seeing Hyesung and Dojin from the other world was rather distasteful. Dojin just kept chasing Hyesung the whole entire damn time. I didn't read it but from very few parts I've seen, they have an even worse relationship in that world compared to this one. Frankly, I'd be disappointed if the author continues writing the way she does because it sounds like she just has all this negative shit build up to the end and then give them a "happy ending" all of a sudden with no character development or visible progress in the relationship and ends it right there.

I read it twice (if you hate me that much) cause I didn’t remember the characters when I started reading this without noticing that the author was the same and the characters were somewhat “recycled”. Man is she good.

You do make a valid point :). Distasteful they may be, I still believe it has such a great impact knowing where characters/places/stories originated :) it’s just fascinating to me is all :)

Ahhh I get what you mean now. But still the events this couple went through in the other world makes me quite afraid for this one because she might use the same formula.
