I didn't have an issue with the seme in ch1, but Anjou... That's another story. That scene was just dubcon, the uke didn't view having sex with the seme the same way he felt when he was being molested on the train or almost raped by Anjou. He hated those times, it was pretty clear he had feelings for the seme probably even prior to that scene judging by the uke's occasional manipulative face he shows when messing with the seme.
