nope if it is a "fated"partner or an mega with strong pheromones they will react nonetheless an alpha can have multiple partners not an omega

I think it's only for omegas that their pheromones don't work on anyone but their alphas after they've been bitten and they can't be with anyone else sexually or else they'll have a terrible reaction (throwing up and bad head aches) but I've seen a lot of AlphaXOmega mangas where there's some dirt bag alpha who just wants to have as many children as possible and has several marked omegas because they like the way sex feels when the Omega is in heat
