it's the same genre as "an uncomfortable truth" so it's kinda psychological/tragedy, but it's one where the boy lives by himself and he has only one friend that he protects that ends up being his twin brother or something, so he does crazy shit like abusing his twin's bullies n shit i can't remember the name.
