In some stories, even betas supposedly to be like a normal human can get pregnant even they are male or some where everyone could get pregnant.
They have the rules in the first pages of any manga of omegaverse concept so how come you say their no straight rules , I find those kind stories to be not done well

The information you see in the first pages are made so that people reading omegaverse for the first time can have the basic idea of what it is, but it's not a set of rules. If you actually read the info in English, they say that it's all really up to the author what happens in the story.
maybe to explain the general concept of it? Many ABO mangas have that kind of explanation but some of the mangas have different kind of how the world works.

If you read kashikomarimashita destiny for example, anyone can be pregnant, even an alpha can bear an omega child. I like to think that sex pistols is a precursor of the omegaverse, even if the setting is more complex.
I was under the impression that anyone can give birth, (male/female abo)its just extremely difficult for alphas and extremely easy for omegas.
I even read one where there where a m/f beta couple where the husband gave birth. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Only omega male can give birth cuz they have womb , alpha males don't have womb so them marrying would not make any sense by omegaverse world rules
