I guess it’s cause toudou never went far with him sexually, and knowing that he’s a player, he felt kinda discouraged. Also it might be because the “ex” is handsome and he might feel inferior to him, and if he found out that they dated, might have more of a negative impression. And toudou did say that he’s never dated anyone, so that’s also a lack of trust. The “ex” has known the seme for longer and since the seme doesn’t reallt talk about himself, the uke might feel worse abt it.
I'm not saying the uke is wrong for being discouraged, that's totally understandable. My comment was more a response to those commenters who were getting on Toudou's case before learning his side of things

So what if they used to date? The seme didn't know the uke back then, and even if he did, THEY weren't dating yet.
