He kind of got it in his head that they were going out..then he sees kisun in bed with jinhan..understandably misunderstands the situation..asks jinhan about it..where of course it is somewhat explained..but asks jinhan what he thinks of him coz at this point hyesung tells jinhan he likes him where of course jinhan tells them that they should end their relationship..I think it's just him getting his hart broken and so runs away from his first guy love..and that's how I came to understand what happened between them..tho I cud be wrong or missed some parts as well

its all good, the bed part was kinda sad on jinhans part..he kind of self destructed and to see the sexy..arrogant jinhan like that was just..urgh..sad.
