I read this some time ago but didn't add it to my list(unfortunately). I'm hoping someone knows about it ><

The younger brother is in love with his sister (if it helps, they actually have a garden where there is a few trees that are represented as then. For the sister it''s a Sakurai Tree.) husband. So far, the sister had already passed away and so the younger brother and the husband lives tgt.

(There was this chapter which shows the sister in the hospital talking to the husband and the sister was like. "I guess I can give you to him now, or rather him to you. Haha"

I can't really give more detail as it may be inaccurate and mess up the storyline @@
